Burder's Vineyard. David Burder and his family have been growing aromatic and also sparkling varieties at their vineyard at the top of the Tolmie/Whitland hills, between Mansfield and Whitfield. In 2010 we had the opportunity to make a Rosé wine from their pinot noir and the wine has great flavour and structure.
