2009 Cuvee Rosé Kinloch's Vineyard
A delicious sparkling wine, made with hand-picked pinot noir, pinot meunier and chardonnay fruit, selected from the Kinloch vineyard near Mansfield in early March 2009. It has a natural, pale rose-salmon colour and the wine shows lovely strawberry fruit and a degree of savouriness, frorn the two pinots, which is refined and given structure on the finish by the chardonnay. This is our second disgorging from July 2011 and has developed increased complexity and richness.
