Made from an assembly of the three best known aromatic varieties, this wine tips its hat to

Alsace. The colour is a bright, clear pale straw with some silvery tints, while the aromas of this complex blend are of pear, lychee, mandarin and ripe grapefruit, lime blossom, rose and spice, with a touch of lemon balm lifting it out of the plain.

Made dry, the palate is rich and silky, the ripeness of the fruit and florals are carried with soft acidity which underlies the generous mouthfeel. Production: 105 cases
