2017 Sauvignon Blanc
Made from grapes hand-picked in early April from rows 101-103 of Baxendale’s vineyard in the Whitland Hills, the wine shows aromas of gooseberry and guava with herbaceous notes. A puncheon of barrel aged 2016 Sauvignon blanc was blended back with the 2017 vintage, contributing great complexity and texture to the lively fruit flavours of the wine.
