Aromas of ripe nectarines and white peach, with nutty tones and subtle vanillin characters. Elegant and stylish with texture and complexity.


Hand picked from both the Baxendale vineyard in early March and Collina del Re vineyard in mid-March, the fruit was whole bunch pressed before fermenting in 1 and 2 year old French oak puncheons and our 3 year old oak Foudre for 3 weeks, followed by extended time on lees.

Aromas of nectarine, white peach, and ripe melons combine with notes of almond and subtle vanillin characters; elegant and stylish with texture and complexity, it will cellar for at least 5 years.
