The fruit was whole bunch pressed and fermented in French oak Foudre and puncheons, then matured there for 3 months. Aromas of ripe nectarines and white peach, with nutty tones and subtle vanillin characters. Elegant and stylish with texture and complexity, it will be a wine able to be cellared for up to 10 years.
