Our first of this variety, the fruit was picked late in the vintage and whole bunched pressed to 4-year-old, French oak puncheons for fermentation, with 2 months on lees; aromas of banana passionfruit and lemon blossom are joined on the savoury palate with notes of almond, chalk and minerality.
