 'A delicious dry wine, showing aromas of gooseberry and guava with herbaceous notes, the flavours persistent and finishing with lively natural acidity.

Hand selected from Rows 2-5 of the Baxendale vineyard on hills above Whitlands in first week of April. The fruit was whole bunch pressed to tank before being fermented for 4 weeks in stainless steel and a French oak puncheon (20%), with extended time on lees'.
