Made from Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier from Spring's vineyard and Chardonnay from the Barwite vineyard, this vintage methode champenoise blend has been matured on yeast lees for 63 months


Made as a methode champenoise, the savouriness of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier (in equal amounts) from the Kinloch vineyard is given structure and finesse by Chardonnay fruit (25%).

With hues of pale onion skin, the wine shows lovely strawberry fruit with complex brioche aromas and breadth of flavour and the richness of the palate is enlivened by a fine persistent bead. 

The richness of flavour has obviated the need for any dosage (sweetening) at disgorging, so this delicious wine is left totally dry.
