2020 Aromatyk

Tipping its hat to Alsace, this wine is made from an assembly of the three best known aromatic varieties, pinot gris, riesling and gewurztraminer.The aromas of this complex blend are of pear, lemon blossom and cumquat, with a touch of rose and spice; made dry, the palate is rich and silky with a soft acidity underlying the generous mouthfeel.

Aromatyk 2020

Estate GrownA three-way blend from the 2 estate vineyards, Barwite and Dead Man’s Hill vineyard. Pinot Gris and Riesling from the Barwite vineyard and Gewurztraminer from the Dead Man’s Hill vineyard, this wine tips its hat to Alsace.

All the fruit was hand-picked, whole bunch pressed to tank and cool fermented with selected yeasts to dryness. The lifted aromas of this complex blend are of pear, lychee, ripe grapefruit, lime blossom, rose and spice. The palate is rich and generous.
