2021 Pinot Meunier

Hand-picked from Spring's Vineyard.A supple wine, of a mid-ruby colour with garnet hues and showing blood plum, tones of crushed sweet mulberries and raspberries, and warm spice, overlaid by savoury tones of earth and herbs.

Fermented in open tub with 40% whole bunches and matured in 4-6 year old French oak barriques and puncheons for 12 months, velvety tannins wrap around the plush flavour.
