Aromas of crushed strawberry and brioche,complex and savoury with structure and finesse. 68 months on lees, zero dosage.


Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier (in equal amounts) from the Kinloch vineyard is given structure and finesse by Chardonnay fruit handpicked form Barwite vineyard (25%), whole bunch pressed to tank and blended before fermenting with selected champagne yeast for 13 days.

A blush of onion skin and aromas of crushed strawberry and brioche shows off the wine’s red fruit origins.  

68 months on lees has developed great complexity and richness on the palate, with the Meunier 37% giving savouriness, the Noir 38% contributing breadth of berry fruit, with the Chardonnay 25% sitting behind both with structure and finesse. Zero dosage.
