Made from ripe Nebbiolo fruit picked in early April, this dry Rosé de Noirs style has a garnet rose hue and savoury fruit aromas; matured after fermentation in oak puncheons for 5 months, the palate shows rich, mouth filling flavours, balanced with a whisper of phenolics and fresh natural acidity.
