Red fruit characters of red apple and sour cherry dominate with the depth and breadth of Pinot Noir and savoury notes of the Pinot Meunier, yet lightened and tightened with the Chardonnay contributing finesse, white fruits, citrus and a mineral tension.

55% Pinot noir 25% PM and 20% Chard

Picked when just ripe, the characters shine but are delicate and restrained; having been aged on lees for 42 months, there are complexing notes of brioche and toast, finishing tight and dry with a fine persistent bead and crisp acidity.
