Estate GrownA three-way blend from our 2 estate vineyards, Pinot Gris and Riesling from the Barwite vineyard and Gewurztraminer from the Dead Man’s Hill vineyard, this wine tips its hat to Alsace.

All the fruit was hand-picked, whole bunch pressed to tank and cool fermented with selected yeasts to dryness. The lifted aromas of this complex blend are of ripe bosq pear, lychee, grapefruit, lime blossom, rose and spice. The palate is rich and generous.
