Delicious aromas of ripe bosq pear, cumquat zest and spice are the signature notes of this wine. Hand-picked in late March, the fruit was whole bunch pressed to a large French oak foudre, where it was fermented cool for 4 weeks, with time on lees prior to bottling, increasing the wine’s complexity, depth and texture.
