2025 Cane Cut Gewurztraminer 375ml
Estate Grown. Cutting the canes or cordons while the ripe fruit is still on the vine is a procedure used to concentrate and increase the flavours, sugars and acids in the grapes. Harvested two weeks later the resultant wine shows exciting aromas of lime and cumquat zest, attar of roses and lychee.
