Estate Grownselectively picked from the Dead Man’s Hill Vineyard, the fruit was whole bunch pressed and fermented cool in a late-harvest style. A refined wine, expressing the archetypal lychee, rose petal and spice aromas, with the palate showing a precise core of spices and quince, the sweetness finely balanced with vibrant acidity.
