Picked on April 1stfrom the Spring's Vineayrd. The fruit was fermented for 12 days with whole bunches, then left on skins for another week. The sweet loganberry and plum aromas are overlaid by savoury tones of spice and oak. Matured in 5 year-old small French oak, soft tannins and acidity both balance and offset the fruit.
